Kate is a strategic and results-driven HR professional with over a decade of experience supporting organizations across for-profit and nonprofit sectors. She partners with leadership to provide practical, thoughtful HR guidance that aligns with business strategy, strengthens workplace culture, mitigates risk, and drives operational excellence. As an entrepreneur herself, Kate understands the challenges small business and nonprofit leaders face and is dedicated to helping them achieve their goals through tailored HR and human capital solutions.

Kate has also held HR roles at two Fortune 500 companies and has supported unionized and non-unionized workplaces across diverse industries, including manufacturing, production, construction, healthcare, and hospitality. Her expertise spans talent management, policy development, compliance, employee relations, succession planning, HR framework & design, HR technology implementation, and payroll.

Kate holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resource Management from Kansas State University. She is a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), and a Strategic HR Business Partner (sHRBP). An active member of her local SHRM chapter, Kate remains engaged in the broader HR community and brings a hands-on, strategic approach to every client partnership.
